How to Prepare Cheesecake


Ingredients

The base of the cake
250g digestive biscuits
150g butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
Cream Cheese
500g formaggio type Philadelphia
3 eggs
150g sugar
100ml fresh cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

200ml sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation of cheesecake

The cheesecake is a sweet feathery American culinary tradition. Prepared with fresh cheese combines flavours seemingly at odds with each other but actually make a really good sweet and special.
